Thank you Bob for you immediate response to our plea for assistance! In our effort to clean our Eze-breeze windows we were unable to lower the top windows on all panels. Within a very short time Bob was on our porch assisting, training, and giving a few maintenance tips. Who would have thought that non-oil based spray furniture polish was such a good lubricant. Also thanks to Mark who returned my phone call that I had left before connecting to Bob. You, your team, and your product are the best!
